Vimeo approached us to create a suite of videos to compliment the refresh of Vimeo Enterprise, including their new website launch. With a tight-knit team of seven crew members and one clear vision, we powered through eight brand videos in four days of shooting!
Vimeo Enterprise is an expansive service, with rich and powerful features that can help large companies not only scale up their video content, but empower them to connect with bigger audiences, create beautiful showcases, live events and of course… to learn from viewer engagement with insightful analytics.
We developed a unique style of combined branded colour backgrounds with textured foreground elements — across the desktop, set and lighting, striking the balance of the neat and tidy communication of the product itself, whilst also paying homage to Vimeo’s organic, rough and raw approach to storytelling — and its creator community.
Integrating the UI was a core part of the video brief, to not only create an awareness asset, but one that can dive deeper into the ‘how’ from a functional perspective, and in turn, lowering the barrier to entry. Because hey, enterprise software can be scary complex. Keeping a sense of simplicity within the product demonstration and achieving that tone in the script and narration was a huge focus for us.
