What kinds of social content do you make?

Our goal is to provide your brand with tailored social video strategy and content. With Vidico, you can choose between three styles of content to find what best suits your brand.

  • UGC (User Generated Content): our production team partners with a network of content creators that are experts in creating short, smart and snappy organic videos that seamlessly fit into your feed. The aesthetic for UGC videos is intentionally ‘home-made’, which allows for quick and rapid testing across social platforms.
  • Basic Motion Graphics: simple, copy-led animations using minimal brand styles and templated assets that have been built from the ground-up, by Vidico. You choose a ratio, theme, and end-card, and we’ll do the rest. This option is best if your team is looking for a simple approach that can quickly test
    new messaging, positioning or product updates.
  • In-Studio Video: For a more ‘premium’ looking live-action approach, our production team assembles a small team of video specialists to shoot at Vidico’s studio. Film-quality lighting, full access to Vidico’s ‘prop store’ and colour background options are just some of the powerful assets included in this style. To add even more life to the concepts, we work with a curated list of exceptional talent, with a maximum of one talent included per cycle.

What is your video production process like?

We’ve streamlined the entire production process to ensure quality is high:

  1. Creative briefing and onboarding: once you select your preferred engagement and content style, we provide you with a creative brief to collect your product value propositions, in addition to your existing brand guidelines and logo files.
  2. Pre production: then we’ll develop a concept, script, and dedicate the best talent. Each stage of the process requires your sign-off so you’re always satisfied with the outcome.
  3. Production: for animation, we’ll then illustrate out the entire storyboard before heading into motion. For live-action, we’ll be filming on set in our own studio, or on a location that matches your brief.
  4. Post production: you’ll have a video editor or motion graphics expert, that will handle all the video editing from start to finish.
  5. Delivery: once video editing is completed, all the media files will be made available for download following your final sign-off.

How much social videos cost?

Our social content packages start from $5,000 AUD per cycle, which includes deliverables of 4×15 second videos in one ratio. Get in touch with our team to find out more and work together to create a plan for your marketing goals and needs!

How many videos do we get per cycle?

Within each content category (UGC, Motion Graphics and In-Studio), there are two packages available:

  • Basic: 4x videos per cycle
  • Advanced: 8x videos per cycle

For every 4 videos, there is a maximum of 2 topics, and all videos need to be in the same ratio.

How long is each cycle?

Cycle length varies slightly for each content type, as each category requires a slightly different process. We know that the important thing with social is to quickly test new messaging and ideas though, so we’ll always aim to meet the following cycle timelines (from Kick-Off Call):

  • UGC: 4.5 Weeks
  • Motion Graphics: 4 Weeks
  • In-Studio: 4 Weeks

Please keep in mind that delays in feedback, access to brand assets and meeting availability can affect delivery – we move fast, but our clients love us for it!

How do we know that the social videos will perform?

Our streamlined approach enables quick A/B testing, and timely delivery of assets allowing you to measure success faster in multiple areas depending on your marketing goals, strategies and business model.

The key metrics you’ll focus on will depend on your goals. From engagement, awareness, traffic and conversions there’s a KPI for each stage of the funnel.
