Matchmaker Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Vidico Matchmaker Program (“Program”) and your eligibility to earn rewards by referring potential clients to Vidico. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. The referred contact must hold a managerial or higher-level role (Manager, Director, VP, CMO, or similar) in demand generation, marketing, or brand management.
3. Vidico reserves the right to approve or reject referrals at its discretion.

Referral Process

1. To qualify, referrals must be submitted via the official Vidico Matchmaker form or by cc’ing michael.eason@vidico.com in an introductory email.
2. Referrals must include the contact’s full name, company name, job title, and a valid business email address.
3. The referral must not already exist in Vidico’s database, active sales pipeline, or as an existing Vidico client.

Reward Eligibility

1. To earn the $1,000 reward, the referred contact must:
   • Be a qualified lead per Vidico’s evaluation criteria.
   • Attend and complete a 20-minute discovery call with Vidico.
2. Rewards are limited to one per referral, regardless of the number of calls booked or business deals closed with the referred company.

Payment of Rewards

1. Rewards will be issued as a Visa Gift Card or via other options available in the Vidico Store powered by Stadium (donation, gifts, etc.)
2. Payments will be processed within 45 days of the completed discovery call.
3. Vidico will notify the participant via email once the referral has qualified and payment has been processed.

Program Rules

1. Referrals must be genuine introductions. Spamming, mass emails, or insincere referrals will result in disqualification from the Program.
2. The Program is limited to introductions to new contacts only. Reintroducing individuals already in Vidico’s network does not qualify.
3. Vidico reserves the right to verify the accuracy and validity of all referrals.

Program Limitations

1. The Program may be modified, paused, or terminated at Vidico’s discretion at any time without notice.
2. Vidico is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals or payments due to incorrect contact information.
3. In cases of dispute, Vidico’s decision is final.

Confidentiality

1. Participants must not disclose the details of the Program or any associated rewards to unauthorized parties.
2. Vidico will keep all referral information confidential and will not share it outside of the company.

Miscellaneous

1. This Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
2. Participation in the Program does not establish any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Vidico and the participant.
3. By participating, you agree to indemnify Vidico from any claims arising out of your participation in the Program.
